Definately a game of two halves with Kilcar totally dominant and leading on a score of 0-10-1-1 at half time, Gavin McBride’s first of his three goals the highlight of the first half.
Gaoth Dobhair were more fluid in the second half and were very dangerous in attack. A fisted goal by Gavin McBride from a Michael Roarty free and a penalty nosed the home team in front.
Further points from Micheal Carroll kept the Gaoth Dobhair lads in front despite the efforts of Matthew McClean who finished the match with 0-6.
