SHANE DUFFY NETTED his second Blackburn Rovers league goal in their 3-0 victory over Fulham in the Sky Bet Championship tonight.
The Republic of Ireland international (pictured above by rovers.co.uk), who was born in Derry and his father Brian is from Letterkenny, headed home his side’s second goal on 62 minutes.
The victory helped Rovers to their first win in nine and they are 18th place in the table; eight points from safety.
Ben Marshall had opened the scoring and Danny Graham made it 3-0 three minutes from time.
Duffy, who is 24, scored against Queen’s Park Rangers earlier this season and joined Rovers from Everton in September 2014.
