THE COMPETITIVE YEAR OF 2016 got off to a great start for The Three Rivers Shotokan Karate Club Lifford at the weekend.
They made the journey to St Patrick’s College, Dublin, to take part in the JKS Ireland National championships.
With JKS affiliated clubs from all over Ireland in attendance the members of Three Rivers had to bring their A game and that they did as they returned home to the Northwest with a total of 15 medals including seven new national title holders.
