Here’s what to expect for the first of the Finn Valley AC 5k Spring Series

THE SCENE IS set for the upcoming Finn Valley AC 5k Spring Series and hundreds of runners will take part over the coming weeks.

It kicks off this Sunday, February 7, at 11am with further outings on the course on Sunday, February 21, and Sunday, March 8. Entry fee is €5 euros with prizes and spot prizes in addition to the tea and scones.

Here’s the course …

Starting on bridge, going toward Finn Valley AC  before turning left toward St Mary’s Church. Turn left over bridge toward Ballybofey. Turn left at McElhiney’s car park around past Aldi come to T-junction turn left then turn right away. Go for 800 metres then turn left for 800 metres. Turn Right toward the Cross 800 metres turn left over bridge to you get to Finn Valley AC and turn in lower gate and finish with 300 metres on track.
