The annual North West Triathlon Club showpiece will take place at Templemore Sports Complex on Sunday, May 1.
Race Director Carmel Lynch-Bradley has urged those seeking places to enter as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
“Last year’s race sold out in an unprecedented time of just a few hours and we’re expecting a huge interest once again this year. Entry will be available from 7am and can only be secured on Triathlon Ireland’s website at wwwtriathlonireland.com. We would encourage people to act fast to ensure they are in the race line-up come Sunday, May 1,” she said.
The event will have an additional wave to cater for those who have progressed from the very successful inaugural Ladies Tri-a-Tri hosted by NWTC last year.
Entry to the Liam Ball Sprint Triathlon costs €45.
Around 200 triathletes took part in last year’s 30th anniversary Liam Ball Triathlon – Northern Ireland’s longest running triathlon.
