Audio: St Eunan’s Under-21 manager Noel Keaveny says Kilcar deserved final win

ST EUNAN’S UNDER-21 manager Noel Keaveny admitted that Kilcar were deserving winners in last night’s county final.

St Eunan’s mounted a late comeback, inspired by a goal from Darragh McWalters, and they piled the pressure on in added time, but to no avail.

“We never really got going,” Keaveny told Donegal Sport Hub.

“When you’re chasing the game and you can’t get your hands on the ball that’s very difficult. They have a lot of experience and they know now how to hold onto a lead.”
