TERMON held their Minor Board Presentation Night earlier this month, with the club’s Under-13A championship winning team taking pride of place.
We had a great evening at the Craoibhín on Sunday evening last as our young players got a chance to look back on their playing activities for 2015. Congratulations to all on what was a tremendously successful year.
Thanks to our two very special guests, Michael Murphy and Emer Gallagher, heroes and fantastic role models for our young people. Thanks to our coaches who turned up prior to the event to decorate the hall, and who stayed to clear away chairs and return the hall to normal afterwards. Thanks to the staff of the Craoibhín, especially Charlie McFadden for all his help on the night.
A huge thank you from everyone to Eddie Harkin, who is stepping down as Chair of our Minor Board. Eddie is taking on the role of Chair of the County Northern Board, and our loss is very much the Northern Board’s gain. Eddie has been a fantastic Minor Board chair, but we are delighted that he will still be around, not least to help co-ordinate the Féile 2016 trip to Kerry, and all that this adventure entails!
