CATHAL CURRAN IS a year older and it’s fair to say, a year wiser.
Curran is a co-founder of the Donegal-Derry Vipers and this time last year, the league’s newcomers were preparing for their first season in existence.
Now, with a season under their belt, the Vipers are again looking forward – this time with more experience having run a lap of the course already. ‘
“A base in Letterkenny is what we are after,” Curran said. “Looking back on the first year, the greatest thing that happened was that we got set-up and we entered the league and won a game. We’re set up and we’re running.”
