TWITTER WENT INTO overdrive following Ballyboden St Enda’s victory in the AIB Leinster Club SFC yesterday.
Donegal goalkeeper Paul Durcan played a crucial part in the success of the Dublin champions, as they defeated Portlaoise in Tullamore 2-11 to 1-9.
The former Four Masters netminder has been commuting from Doha, Qatar, to line out for St Enda’s, having only touched down in Dublin airport on Friday.
“Only for Paul Durcan, we could have been in real trouble,” Andy McEntee, the Ballyboden manager said afterwards.
