THE DRAW WAS made for the Bank of Ireland Dr McKenna Cup was made in Belfast on Tuesday night.
Donegal Sport Hub was at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Belfast, where the three groups were drawn.
Afterwards, Ryan McHugh spoke about the Donegal camp, with manager Rory Gallagher having a busy panel with 12 new players on board as well as none of the 2015 crop having retired.
Donegal were drawn against Down, St Mary’s College and Fermanagh.
New Down manager Éamonn Burns, Tyrone native Paddy Tally, who is taking charge of St Mary’s, and Fermanagh midfielder Richie O’Callaghan all spoke to Charlie Collins.
Tyrone are chasing a fifth Dr McKenna Cup crown in succession and hear from their manager, Mickey Harte. Also interviewed are Donegal’s 1992 All-Ireland winner Martin McHugh – who is in charge of University of Ulster Jordanstown – and Martin McAviney, Uachtarán Chomhairle Uladh.
